✅ Return Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • You notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • The product has been used, opened, or tampered with.

  • The return request is made after 3 days of delivery.

  • The product was purchased on discount or clearance unless it arrived damaged.

💰 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 working days via bank transfer or Easypaisa.

🔄 Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange a product for the same item or a different one (of equal value), please mention it when requesting the return.
